Car was clean and correspond to our reservation. We had to pick up the car in an hotel and discovered finally nobody was there (no message on our phone to warn us, so a bit of stress), we lost 1h searching for the agency....

Revisen el procedimiento de entrega del vehículo, es un puto desastre, las indicaciones del mismo que recibí al coger el vehículo son erróneas y no coinciden con las que al final recibí por teléfono

The interaction with canarias team was grate, fast service and willingness to help. Didn't get why with full insurance I've been had blocked a deposit and when it will be released, after 10 days I'm still awaiting for.

Excelente trato con el personal, nos dieron un Polo que para recorrer la isla de *** nos bastaba. Entregar y dejar el coche en el mismo aeropuerto es una gran comodidad. Lo que mas nos gustó fue la rapidez en ingresarnos la fianza del coche.

Pues podríais mejorar en la devolución de la fianza, dado que decís cuando se recoge el vehículo que será de 3-4 días a una semana después de la devolución del vehículo y han pasado 8 días y todavía no lo habéis devuelto. También, en la limpieza interior del vehículo dado que me lo encontré con cuatro cigarrillos, bueno colillas en la puerta del conductor cuando me lo entregaron, así lo dejé, y estoy por asegurar que así seguirá, y no muy limpio el resto del interior, vamos, que lo entrega uno y lo recoge otro sin pasar por ninguna revisión de como lo han dejado

Muy satisfechos con Canarias.com nos hicieron muy fácil el alquiler y nos trataron de 10 en todo momento. Sin duda alguna si vuelvo a Tenerife volveré a alquilar con ellos. Muchas gracias por vuestro trato y servicio

El encargado fue muy amable y claro en la entrega. Todo sencillo.El proceso de recogida y entrega del vehículo sin problema en el mismo aeropuerto y la firma del contrato lo mismo.El vehículo, un VW Polo iba perfectamente y no dió ningún solo problema.Fianza devuelta enseguida en la cuenta sin problemas Si vuelvo a Canarias repetiré compañía probablemente

Me entregaron el coche en perfectas condiciones y a tiempo a pesar de reservar el día anterior. Hubo una discrepancia inicialmente con el precio que se resolvió diligentemente y de forma satisfactoria.

The car was not very modern but was enough for what we needed to go through the island. The only bad thing was that there was no way to play music from the phone via USB or Bluetooth.They were flexible when I needed to change the point of return of the car which is really appreciated.The personnel is very kind.Happy to rent again with this company.
