I was very pleased by the service of Canarias.com, they pick you up at your hotel. They are very friendly and it was a good and clean car. We had a great holiday and went to the Teide and Anaga, it is easy with a rental car to see the whole island in a week. Nice to go with a small car.Thank you!

My reservation was cancelled without notification, therefore the car was not available upon my arrival to pick-up point. I will never recommend canarias.com and will only strongly advise to avoid the company.

web order form. In our case we have had collect and return point 'Troya hotel' up to 21:00 (day does not matter) this was confirmed on call (I've called to canarians.com after filling the web form) and the same confirmation I recieved on e-mail, at the last day in the morning just for curiousity I've asked the canarians.com lady in the hotel who will collect my car in the hotel at 21:00 and she answered that this is not possible in general because office of canarians.com will close at 20:00 and more over this is the only place where I can take back my deposit (100E). No one, literaly, no one have told me something about this before, fortunately we did everything right. But from my point of view the web form should not allow to choose impossible option, also the personel of canarians.com who answers on phone have to inform customers that the place of car return is the only the canarians.com office (imagine if I have had the plane the same evening and have no option to return car and get my deposit back in the hotel as it was confirmed!). Maybe this was too obvious to explain, maybe lady in the hotel was not right and there is an option to return car in the hotel. From my point of view it was potential issue with hard to predict circumstances.

The order procedure was quick and simple. Car delivery/return was excellent and quick though the lack of formal service counter is a bit awkward... the overall service was very satisfactory but provided some level of adventure feeling which required faith (peocedure is very personal but not conventional... :-))Will recommend to others!

I found on interenet only 2 companies providing car rent in Puerto de la Cruz on Saturday and Canarias' price was the best. Wolkwagen Polo was in good condition, 17000 km run, usb reader for playing music provided.

I was surprise that telefon 24 hrs available was without answer, when I wanted give back car. It was 7 morning so not so bad time but nobody answer my telefon.

Dont change anything just perfect

Fast service at the airport meeting point of Tenerife Sur, few minutes for having the car and fill the documents needed, without doing any queue. I had a little problem during my stay due to the empty battery of the car but I called the customer service and in few minutes they came ad replaced the battery. Great value for money.

We like the personal assistance in the hotel!

The rent was simple as 1-2-3, the car quality was good, the staf was nice and helpful.

Car was excellent. No problems at all. The lady we met at the airport was very pleasant and friendly. We didn't have to wait long before we could drive off at the airport. That wad a big plus. Very efficient service at the airport. One of the best I had. Only let down was, when I rented online few months earlier- I wasnt sure if I had arranged a car or not - procedure wasn't clear. Thank you for your service to our family - we had a brilliant holiday on lovely Tenerife.

Leider kann ich nicht genügend englisch, aber ich kann bestätigen, dass alles immer hervorragend organisiert ist. Wir werden auch das nächste Mal wieder bei Canarias buchen.
